Overview

FrogHire.ai is a job-search platform designed to help both domestic and international job seekers navigate a competitive and fragmented hiring landscape. The product combines real-time job analysis, automation, and guided workflows to help users evaluate roles, optimize applications, and manage their job search more effectively.


As the UI/UX Designer, I own core UX decisions across navigation, interaction patterns, and system structure, leading end-to-end design across the Chrome extension and web platform in close partnership with product, engineering, and growth teams. My work directly supported a platform used by 100K+ active user and positioned the product for continued scale.


This project spanned:

  • End-to-end redesign of the core UI and interaction model across the Chrome extension and web platform.
  • Introduction of a persistent sidebar navigation, replacing a fragile floating UI and improving feature discoverability and workflow stability.
  • Design of scalable UI patterns and reusable components to support rapid iteration and long-term product growth.
  • Usability testing and data-informed iteration, refining visual hierarchy and interaction clarity to improve engagement.
  • Close collaboration with product and engineering to evolve FrogHire.ai from a niche tool into a scalable, user-first platform.

Background & Context

FrogHire.ai is a job-search platform that helps users analyze job postings, understand skill requirements, and manage applications across multiple hiring platforms. The product operates across two core surfaces: a Chrome extension that embeds job insights directly into live job postings, and a web platform that supports deeper analysis, planning, and tracking.

I joined FrogHire.ai during a phase of rapid feature expansion, where new capabilities, such as job analysis, skill extraction, and workflow management, were being added quickly. The primary challenge was to organize complex, data-driven features into clear, usable workflows while maintaining performance, consistency, and trust at scale.

Planning & Strategy

  • User Research: Conducted 30+ interviews and live screen shares to validate real job-search behavior across the Chrome extension and web platform.
  • Analytics Review: Used Google Analytics and Metabase to identify drop-offs and underused features, driving a flow re-architecturte.
  • Design Audit: Audited existing interfaces to identify navigation instability, inconsistent interaction patterns, and WCAG accessibility gaps, defining requirements for a more scalable, accessible system.

Challenges & Solutions

Turning fragmented job data into actionable insight:
Job listings contained dense, inconsistent information, for example,skills, sponsorship signals, and requirements were scattered across descriptions, making it difficult for users to quickly assess fit.

🛠 Solution: Designed a structured job analysis model that extracts and groups key signals, such as required skills, optional skills, and sponsorship indicators, into a consistent, scannable layout across the dashboard and extension. This reduced interpretation effort and helped users make faster, more confident decisions.

Balancing visibility with non-disruption inside job platforms:
Surfacing insights directly within third-party job sites risked overwhelming users or breaking their natural browsing flow.

🛠 Solution: Redesigned the Chrome extension experience to feel embedded rather than intrusive, using restrained visual hierarchy, progressive disclosure, and contextual placement. Insights remained visible when needed, while preserving the integrity of the host platform’s UI.

Scaling feature depth without overwhelming users:
As FrogHire expanded from a niche tool into a broader job-search platform, the growing number of features increased the risk of cognitive overload and poor discoverability.

🛠 Solution: Introduced a persistent sidebar navigation system and later a centralized dashboard, creating a clear mental model for how features relate. This systemized approach supported feature growth while keeping workflows predictable and manageable.

  • Scaled redesigned workflows to 100K+ active users by leading 30+ web and Chrome extension feature redesigns in Figma and shipping 200+ production-ready wireframes, prototypes, and components.

This project strengthened my ability to design scalable product systems under real-world constraints, balancing speed, complexity, and usability across both a Chrome extension and a web platform. I learned how to evolve a product from a niche tool into a multi-surface system by making deliberate decisions around navigation, information hierarchy, and validation through analytics and testing.

Working closely with engineering and product teams reinforced the importance of designing for long-term growth, accessibility, and maintainability, not just feature delivery.

Aloega is a Web3 healthcare platform focused on secure, user-controlled health data sharing through blockchain technology. The product required translating technically dense concepts, such asprivacy, decentralization, and data ownership, into clear, trustworthy messaging across multiple channels.

Blockchain healthcare concepts (data ownership, privacy, decentralization) were difficult to explain without sounding abstract or hype-driven.

🛠 Solution: Built a technical-to-benefit translation framework that mapped product capabilities into plain-language user outcomes (privacy, control, transparency), and standardized wording across channels to maintain accuracy and credibility..

Messaging was inconsistent across platforms and formats
Content lived across Medium and multiple social platforms, but tone and structure varied, weakening brand clarity and recognition.

🛠 Solution: Designed a cross-platform content system (themes, format rules, and messaging hierarchy) so each post reinforced the same narrative while adapting to platform-specific constraints.

Educational content risked being long, dense, and easy to ignore
Even accurate content could fail if it didn’t earn attention quickly or guide users through the idea efficiently.

Overview

NAUSICAA NYC is a fashion e-commerce brand blending editorial storytelling with direct-to-consumer retail. The project focused on improving product discovery, navigation clarity, and conversion flow while maintaining a strong visual identity.


I led UX and visual design improvements across the website, balancing aesthetic direction with usability, performance, and shopping behavior.

Background & Context

Nausicaa NYC, a New York-based designer label, relies exclusively on its website to connect with audiences. The existing site prioritized visual expression but suffered from navigation friction, inconsistent hierarchy, and unclear product pathways, especially across collection browsing and product detail pages. These issues created unnecessary drop-off in the shopping experience.

The challenge was to refine the structure without diluting the brand, ensuring the site supported both exploration and efficient purchasing. Leveraging my UX/UI background, I led this redesign using WordPress for implementation, Figma for wireframing, and extensive user research to validate decisions.

Working within a live WordPress production environment also sharpened my approach to scalability—designing layouts and systems that support future content growth without repeated redesign. Overview

At Boston Children's Hospital, I support web production for a large clinical content ecosystem. My work focuses on keeping provider and program information accurate, structured, discoverable, and easier for teams to maintain.


I turn audits, exports, and content requests into clear trackers, dashboards, and production-ready updates so teams can see what needs attention and prioritize follow-up.

Context

A hospital website contains many moving parts: provider profiles, team pages, program pages, video assets, and ongoing production requests. Small inconsistencies can quickly become hard to track across departments.

My role is to bring structure to that work by auditing content, cleaning source data, documenting gaps, and preparing updates that support clearer digital experiences for patients, families, and internal teams.
